Monique Wyatt
Monique Wyatt is a self-taught chef, who started cooking from the age of 5 years old. I have previously worked as a private chef. She enjoys cooking from different countries, from curry, French, British, Italian, African cuisine and so many others too.
She enjoyed using fresh and locally sourced ingredients and when not cooking or researching recipes, she spends many hours during the summer months growing organic vegetables and herbs in her allotment.
Monique has a Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate.
